We are currently "in-port" in Ketchikan, AK. No wifi from the boat, so we won't have a proper update until sometime on Friday when we arrive in Bellingham, WA. From there we still have quite a bit of riding and scenery to go through before we arrive back in Texas, so stay tuned. Have had a few whale sightings as well while on the Ferry. Hopefully I will get a pic before it's over.

Now you have me thinking... I live in Fort Worth and have wanted to go to Alaska for years.. I have ridden some of the roads you were on, as a driver not 2up. The Chief Joseph and Beartooth Pass being among my favorites. I have to give Nikki her props though.. I rode 2up to Washington DC from FTW, on the back of a Harley bagger and there were miserable days I can assure you. The fact that she is a trooper about 2up to Alaska, on a 650 V-Strom, she has my respect. Keep the pics and commentary coming... This is a good read!
